Uses of Flexan (Enoxaparin):
Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
Especially after surgery (e.g., orthopedic surgery like hip/knee replacements) or in immobilized patients (e.g., after major illness).
Treatment of DVT and Pulmonary Embolism (PE)
Often used with or without PE (blood clots in the lungs).
