Uses:
Breast Cancer:
Metastatic or locally advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women.
Used as a first-line treatment for estrogen receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in combination with other therapies.
Second-line treatment for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer that has progressed after prior hormonal therapy, such as tamoxifen or aromatase inhibitors.
